School priorities


Core Priority A – Improve Reading provision and outcomes (Quality of Education)

For all our pupils to foster a love of reading which will lead to improved achievement in reading for our pupils, particularly across key stage 2

Core Priority B – Ensure that boys are achieving as well as girls in reading and writing (Quality of Education)

Core Priority C – embed a broad, balanced, innovative and diverse curriculum that meets the needs, interests, backgrounds and localities of our pupils, outdoor learning (Quality of Education)

Core Priority D - Leadership and Management

  1. Strengthen the leadership of SEND by defining roles, responsibilities, training and support for the SEND team
  2. Create and develop curriculum leadership roles
  3. Develop leadership of the EYs (see below)

Core Priority E – Teaching, learning and provision in the EYs is at least consistently Good
