Chartwells has been providing catering services to our school since the 5th September 2022. 

As the leading provider of catering services to schools across the UK, Chartwell believes school lunches should be freshly prepared, great-tasting and attractively presented to engage pupils. 

Chartwells menus are fully nutritionally checked by their expert in-house team and meet the government’s school food standards.

Seasonal and nutritionally balanced healthy menus will change twice a year, offering variety along with new dishes to stimulate inquisitive minds.  Chartwell also understands the importance of educating children on good nutrition and healthy lifestyles. 

Chartwell proudly supports local and British suppliers – sourcing the best possible quality ingredients and produce from well-respected, stringently selected and continually audited farmers and growers. 

Forest Academy and Chartwells take the issue of food allergies extremely seriously. If any pupil has an allergy, an intolerance or a medical condition that calls for a special diet, Chartwells' in-house expert team of nutritionists makes sure pupils are fully and safely catered for with special menus, procedures and local training. A copy of our special diets form can be requested from our school. Once complete please send it across to mandy.cox@compass-group.co.uk if you would like to arrange for a special diet menu.
