On Friday 19th September 2025, our Year 2 and Year 3 pupils stepped into the charming world of one of literature’s most beloved characters—Paddington Bear—during an exciting visit to The Paddington Bear Experience in London.
We are incredibly proud to share that Forest Academy has been appointed as a National Attendance and Behaviour Hub school—one of only 21 schools nationally selected in the first wave of a Department for Education initiative to support attendance and behaviour in schools across the country.

Forest Academy was proud to welcome Sarah Hall MP and Arti, CEO of Nurture UK, as we were officially presented with our National Nurturing School Award.
Our school field was filled with laughter, energy and community spirit as families came together for an amazing Fun Feast event.
Eighteen pupils were lucky enough to take part in an exciting stadium tour at Selhurst Park on Monday, enjoying a behind-the-scenes look at the home of Crystal Palace FC.
Parents joined us for a successful and informative online safety workshop led by Laura from Tender UK.
Children from Years 3 and 4 enjoyed a fantastic morning at Selhurst Park, taking part in the ‘Play on the Pitch’ event.
A huge congratulations to one of our Year 5 pupils for winning the primary school category in the Croydon SACRE Holocaust Memorial Day competition.
