At Forest Academy, every child has the opportunity to start the day with a bagel—free of charge. This is part of our commitment to ensuring all pupils are ready to learn, feel nourished, and start the day with energy and focus.

We are proud to be part of the National School Breakfast Programme (NSBP), funded by the Department for Education and delivered by Family Action. The programme aims to ensure that no child starts the school day too hungry to learn.

Bagels are available to all pupils each morning, without stigma or barriers, helping to promote equity, wellbeing, and academic readiness across the school.
